Nandini Gupta from Rajasthan Miss India World 2023

To be Miss India; Her Childhood Dream...


Nandini Gupta from Rajasthan has been crowned the Miss India World 2023. Along with her, from Delhi Shreya Poonja became the first runner-up, and Manipur’s Thounaojam Strela Luwang was crowned the 2nd runner-up.

 

Nandini, 19-year-old studied from Kota one of the biggest coaching hubs in the India for engineering and medical aspirants. She had a degree in Business Management, Nandini is dedicated towards her goals. Since she was 10 years old she had dreamt of becoming Miss India.

 

At the Indor stadium the 59th edition of India's most prestigious pageant pulled of another season's grand finale in historic ceremony, Khuman Lampak, Imphal, Manipur, one of the beautiful city. 

 

The grand event held multiple fashion rounds, to select the beutiful and intelligent winners from 30 states. 

 

The state winners were judged by a panel of judges consisting of Femina Miss India Universe 2002 and Mentor Neha Dhupia, Indian boxing icon Laishram Sarita Devi, ace choreographer Terence Lewis, filmmaker and writer Harshavardhan Kulkarni and ace designers Rocky Star and Namrata Joshipura. The state winners had insightful interactions with the jury panel and answered all their questions with great determination.

 

To win the national titel platform pageant aspirants from various parts of the country battled. To select the representatives a nationwide hunt was organized from all 29 states and a collective representative for all Union Territories (including J&K), adding up to 30 participants.
