Gulab Chand Kataria to take Oath on as an Assam governor...
Earlier on 12 February 2023, the Rashtrapati Bhavan had announced 12 names to appoint as a governor for the states and one lieutenant governor for the union territory of Ladakh.
Senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party Gulab chand Kataria was one of the 12 people to appoint as the governor and will take oath on 22 February 2023 and was selected as the governor of Assam. He also served as an opposition leader in the Rajasthan assembly.
In his political career he was selected as MLA from Udaipur for 8 times and one time MP, minister in the government, state home minister, BJP State President and leader.
Following the oath ceremony that will held on 22 February Kataria told that he will fulfill his constitutional responsibility to the country that will be given by the honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and by the party.
