New Delhi police chief Rakesh Asthana to visit three districts, interact with the police personnel

All the DCPs will meet the police commissioner in the office of DCP (south).

New Delhi Police Commissioner, Rakesh Asthana will be visiting all three policing zones in one district, where first he will meet the DCPs and then the SHOs. Besides, Rakesh will also visit North-East Delhi, which would be the first initiative by a police commissioner after the riots broke out last year.

Earlier, after taking charge, police commissioners would call all the DCPs to their office to make presentations but now, for the first time a police chief has told the Special CPs of the southern, western and central zones to select one district of their zone. DCPs will be called there and presentations will be given.

As planned, on Tuesday (Today) Rakesh will first visit the south district of the southern zone, the northeast district of the central range on Wednesday, and the west district of the western zone on Thursday. All the DCPs will meet him in the office of DCP (south). Further, he will also meet with the SHOs and their staff in an auditorium.
