NIA Launched Raids At Ludhiana Court Blast Accused's Old house

National Investigation Agency raids the house of Gagandeep!


National Investigation Agency officers (NIA) conducted a raid at Ludhiana bomb blast accused Gagandeep's house. 

 

NIA team was conducting raid at the old house of Gagandeep Singh an accused in Ludhiana court bomb blast case, sources said.

 

Team reached early morning at the old house of Gagandeep in Khanna. Till last reports the search operation was continuing.

 

On December 23, 2021, Gagandeep was killed in the blast. Six persons were injured in the explosion that was allegedly triggered by Gagandeep, who was a dismissed Punjab cop.

 

The explosion took place in a washroom on the second floor of the District and Sessions court complex in Ludhiana. 

 

According to police, Gagandeep had gone to the washroom in the court complex to assemble the bomb to plant it somewhere there.

 

Gagandeep, who was dismissed from service in 2019, had spent two years in the Ludhiana jail in a drug-related case.

 

Gagandeep along with two others, Ranjit Singh and Sukhwinder Singh who were also lodged in the same jail, allegedly used these phones, the sources said.

 

They said, Ranjit and Sukhwinder had been brought on production warrants for questioning.
