No entry in school uniform at public places in Uttar Pradesh

Public Places like Parks, Malls, Restaurants, Cinema Halls and Zoos ….

Another notice has been passed by the Uttar Pradesh government stating no entry in school uniforms at public places in the Uttar Pradesh state.

In Uttar Pradesh, students will now no longer be able to enter public places like parks, malls, restaurants, cinema halls and zoos in their school uniforms.

The Uttar Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has directed all the district magistrates of the state that school students should not be given entry in these places during school hours.

In a release issued by the UP State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, it has been said that no student should be admitted in school uniform during school hours at public places.

Often, students leave the house by telling their parents to go to school, but they do not go to school and go to these places.

Importantly, this restriction will be applicable to the students up to Class 12.

The letter says that it has come to the notice of the commission that the students studying in the school spend time in public places like parks, malls, restaurants etc. during school hours. In such a situation, there is a possibility of an unpleasant incident to happen.

Significantly, many times it is seen that during school time, students are seen bunking classes and instead spending time in parks, malls, restaurants, cinema halls, bird houses, and zoos.

The parents of the students think that their child has gone to school, but the students are instead passing time in these places.

During this, many times students also become victims of some unpleasant incident.

Therefore, the Uttar Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has given this instruction to the district magistrates, so that such incidents can be reduced.
