Roasted Oats 1/2 cups (50) g 

 

Brown bread slices 4 

 

Finely chopped spinach leaves 1 cup (100) g 

 

Small onion chopped -1

 

Salt and pepper as per taste

 

Low fat milk 1/2 cup (100) g

 

Tomato puree 4tsp

 

Sesame seeds 2tsp 

 

Tomato slices 

 

 

Step 1/3 

 

Put a medium sized pan on medium flame and heat a little oil on it. Add chopped onions and oats to it. Sauté for a minute. Now add chopped spinach, salt, pepper and sauté it again for 2 minutes. 

 

Step 2/2 

 

While stirring add milk and cook for two minutes. Remove this from the flame and keep it aside. Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 200°C. Take bread slices and one by one spread tomato puree on each one of them. 

 

Step 3/3 

 

Spread spinach mixture on top of the tomato puree on each slice and sprinkle Sesame seeds. Garnish it with tomato slices and bake for 7 to 8 minutes till the bread is toasted. 

 

Serve complete and cut into two triangles.
