Pakistan can attract tourists from Muslim countries, says PM Imran Khan

Pakistan government will build resort for attracting people from Muslim countries.

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday exclaimed Pakistan has a potential in attracting tourists, especially from the Muslim countries because travel destinations like Europe were developing an Islamophobic mindset. While addressing a function in Karachi, he said the government was planning to build resorts in Pakistan to attract people from Muslim countries. He said that earlier people used to visit many places including Europe but since Islamophobia has increased, they face various problems. He added that Pakistan has great potential and will be a better travel destination for people.

He said that the Pakistan government will do its best to provide the best resorts and other facilities to the travelers.

On Monday, speaking on the United Nations report on climate change, Imran Khan said that Pakistan is very lucky to be one of those countries who are protecting itself from climate change. He mentioned that in many countries, forest fire had occurred including Greece, Turkey, and the United States, while unprecedented floods in many others.
