In Pakistan due to two separate transport accidents at least 51 people have been killed.

 

On Sunday in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province 10 children died in a boat capsized, along with that a bus plunged off a bridge in which 41 people were killed.

 

Southern western province in a remote location the bus was crashed into a ravine. “The dead bodies…in worst condition beyond recognition” according to the officials.

 

Officials said, from the wreck 40 corpses were retrieve along with three injured people, one of whom was dead later.

 

The other two remaining survivors were in a “serious” condition.

The bus was travelling to the southern city of Karachi from Balochistan’s capital Quetta, according to officials.

 

Also added, “it is feared that probably drive have fallen asleep,” also there was possibility that during the long-distance journey he had been speeding up.

 

Footage shared by the Edhi Foundation aid and emergency response organisation showed dozens of people combing through the wreckage, and ambulance workers carrying a dead body out of the debris.

 

After boat carrying 25 to 30 students on a day trip from a local school, up to nine people are still missing in the water, a rescue operation is under process, Mis Rauf, a police officer said.

 

At least 20 people were killed in a minibus crashed into a deep water-logged ditch in the Sehwan in Sindh province, in November.
