PM Modi makes Congratulatory Calls to the Winners in Assembly Polls

On Sunday, Prime Minister led Narendra Modi congratulated to winning leaders of 4 states and one union territory.


PM Narendra Modi Wished congratulations on social media to Mamata Banerjee on her winning the assembly election polls and he thanked the people of Bengal for increasing BJP's presence in the state along with all party workers who rallied behind him in the polls. PM Modi assured that Centre will extend support for winning state government.

PM Modi congratulated to DMK chief MK Stalin for the winning elections in Tamil Nadu and LDF chief Pinarayi Vijayan for winning a second term in Kerala. PM Modi subsequently also thanked BJP workers. The Senior BJP minister also congratulated to TMC supremo Banerjee and DMK chief Stalin for the victory of election in the West Bengal and Tamil Nadu assembly elections, respectively.

CM Mamata Banerjee is again forming their government in West Bengal where it was locked in a high-octane contest with the BJP.  Similarly, the BJP is all set to retain Assam and the CPI(M) set to retain Kerala by defeating the Congress party in assembly election, as per the latest trends.

The BJP also looked set to win assembly polls in union territory Puducherry by defeating the Congress party which was in power there. The BJP, with its senior ally AIADMK, lost Tamil Nadu to the DMK-led alliance.
