PM Modi to meet Boris Johnson tomorrow in a virtual meeting


Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a virtual summit with Prime Minister of United  Kingdom Boris Johnson tomorrow. India and the UK have had an enjoyable Strategic partnership since  2004.

Additionally it clears the regular high-level exchanges and growing connection in multiple areas. The Summit will be an important opportunity to elevate multi-faceted strategic ties and enhance cooperation on regional and global issues of mutual interest. Both of them  will also discuss Covid-19 combined efforts  and the worldwide  attempts  to encounter  the pandemic. A statement of the Ministry of External Affairs said the Summit will be an important opportunity to raise all-round strategic ties and to enhance cooperation on geographical and global problems of association. "A comprehensive roadmap 2030 will be launched during the summit, which will pave the way for further expanding and deepening India-UK cooperation over the next decade across five key areas," the MEA said.

The main focus on the five areas is on human relationship, business and wealth, defense and security, limitation, and health. Moreover, earlier Johnson was to visit India late last month but days before the visit, he called it off given the coronavirus pandemic.
