Narendra Modi visits Rakab Ganj gurudwara


Prime Minister Narendra Modi on  Sunday visited Delhi's Sikh shrine Rakab Ganj gurudwara on the death anniversary of Saint Guru Tegh  Bahadur. The Prime Minister  tweeted "There were no special arrangements made for traffic barriers were put in place to restrict peoples moving for the visit this morning I prayed at the memorable Gurudwara where the religious body of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji was cremated I felt extremely blessed I like millions around the world I am deeply inspired by the kindness of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji".

"In the special Kripa of the Guru that we will mark the special occasion of 400 Prakash parv of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji",  PM Modi said in another tweet " let us historically mark this religious event and celebrate" he further added. 

According to the reports, tribute were also given to Guru Teg Bahadur at protest sites near Delhi borders where thousands of farmers have been protesting against the government for new agricultural law.
