Property Dispute Turns Deadly in Delhi

In a property dispute in New Delhi on Monday, three individuals’ sustained injuries, and a man attempting to mediate the conflict tragically passed away, with police speculating cardiac arrest as the cause of his death.

The incident occurred in Panchsheel Vihar, located in Malviya Nagar in South Delhi.

The investigation revealed that a dispute over property distribution arose among the children of Ismat Ali, who had two wives, as stated by Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Chandan Chowdhary.

DCP mentioned that a person named Akki, who was riding a scooter, intervened by getting down and attempting to pacify those involved in the dispute.

During the altercation, three individuals were injured, and Akki suddenly collapsed, the DCP added.

Initial investigation indicates no signs of injury on Akki's body from the fight. The DCP suspects his death may be due to cardiac arrest. The precise cause will be known after the post-mortem report is obtained.
