Pune: NGO ties up with Sindhutai Sapkal’s foundation to empower orphans

In the beginning stage, money was raised to Rs 50 lakh, exclaimed Rohit Shelatkar, founder of Grand Maratha Foundation.


A non-government organization, Grand Maratha Foundation who works widely for the empowering of the farmers ties up with the activist Sindhutai Sapkal’s Mother Global foundation in raising funds for the orphans in empowering them. In the statement , Rohit Shelatkar, founder of Grand Maratha Foundation says, in the beginning stage, the amount has been raised to 50 lakh.With the financial help the work will be done towards education aid, orphanage construction, and groceries for more than 650 orphans looked after by the Mother Global Foundation. In addition, each month grocery worth approximately Rs 2.5 lakhs percent which is under Sindhutai foundation Meanwhile, 500 cows will be given food  at various other centers.

For 45 years, Sindhutai has been taking care of more than 1500+ children with the help of the foundation in educating the child, also in the health sector of the farmer's families, beggars, and widows .
