"Ram Is Not Conflict, Ram Is The Solution"

Says PM Modi in Ayodhya

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a sizable crowd after the consecration rituals at the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya, stating, "Our Ram has finally arrived."

"I stand before you as you witness the divine consciousness in the temple's sanctum sanctorum. There's much to express, but a lump in my throat hinders. After unparalleled patience, countless sacrifices, and penance, our Lord Ram has arrived. Congratulations to the nation on this occasion," remarked the Prime Minister.

Ram Lalla, he emphasized, will "no longer reside in a tent." Describing this consecration moment as a blessing from Lord Ram, he declared that January 22 is "not just a date on a calendar but the dawn of a new era."

Drawing a parallel between the consecration ceremony and breaking free from a mindset of slavery, he expressed gratitude for being alive to witness this historic event. He remarked, "Even after thousands of years, people will remember this date and moment. It is Ram's supreme blessings that we are witnessing it." Seeking forgiveness from the deity, he acknowledged a possible lapse that caused the delay in reaching this significant point.

Highlighting that "Ram's existence was questioned," the Prime Minister noted, "In India's Constitution, on its first page, there's Lord Ram. I express gratitude to the Supreme Court for upholding the dignity of the law."

Addressing concerns, he remarked, "Some people warned that the construction of the Ram Temple would ignite a fire. They failed to grasp the purity of India's social consciousness. The building of this temple for Ram Lalla is also a symbol of Indian society's peace, patience, and mutual harmony. It's evident that this has not sparked a fire but rather an energy," he stated.

"Ram is not a fire; he is an energy. Ram is not a dispute; he is a solution. Ram is not just ours; he is everyone's," affirmed the Prime Minister. He added, "Today, we witnessed not only the consecration of Ram Lalla's idol but also the consecration of the unbreakable unity of India."

The Prime Minister envisions citizens' consciousness extending from god to country and from Ram to the nation after the construction of the temple.
