Ram Temple will be Open For Devotees In 2023

The Ram temple in Ayodhya will be open for people by the end of 2023, even though the entire complex is expected to be ready by 2025, as per the sources.

Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone on August 5, 2020, while construction is in progress. The ground floor of the temple, where the sanctum sanctorum will be placed is being prepared for devotees. This will launch within 2 years and arrangements are being made to streamline the process of providing security clearances and installing public amenities, stated the sources.

The temple complex, which is expected to cost 900-1,000 crore and will be spread over 110 acres of land, is under the Larsen & Toubro. The temple complex will also have facilities like a museum, a research centre, parking and an archival centre.

As per the sources “The temple trust has already received donations in the excess of ?3,000 crore. And this amount is excluding donations from non-resident Indians as foreign donations are not yet permitted,”
