Right Wing Group Warns Hindu’s In Assam Before Xmas.

Right groups warns Hindus to avoid Church going this X-mas.

On December 5 the district general secretary Mithu Nath of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (parent body of Bajrang Dal) while addressing an event warned the Hindus should be ready to face the repercussions if they celebrate Christmas  as it is a Christian function. The general secretary was clearly stated by a prominent news agency saying “Hindus who visit churches will be beaten because I relive those Hindus who will go and have fun at the Christian function after they shut down our places of worship. No Hindu will go to church this Christmas. We will make sure of it.”

In a video clip streaming popularly in the internet Nath can be heard clearly saying that they won’t sit back if anyone is seen celebrating the festival no matter what the media outlets call them. He further added “If we assault. I know the headlines in the newspaper next day- ‘Gunda Dal’ has vandalized Oriental school but that is not our priority. We will not allow Hindus in programmes during Christmas when they are locking gates of temples in Shillong.”

Nath had alleged that the Khasi Student Union (KSU) had closed a temple down in Shillong but a top official of the Meghalaya Government has denied all such allegations.

In Assam the VHP addressed themselves as ‘protectors of the Hindu way of living’ and have largely enjoyed their influence on the Cachar’s district of Barak Valley for years now.

In a furious speech at the event Nath also mentioned the ‘love jihad’ issue declaring that the wing will go out of bounds to protect their mothers and daughters. Various BJP led states have declared introducing strict laws for dealing with cases of interfaith marriages but the central government does not acknowledge the term ‘Love Jihad’. Nath ended his speech by saying that those present in the event as audience to ‘stay within the ambit of the law’ and not take the matter into their hands.
