5 dead...
The incident took place on 24 Feburary 2023 when a vehicle fell into a roadside ditch due to which five people have died in Sonitpur district of Assam.
According to the superintendent of police (SP) of Sonitpur, Sushanta Biswas Sarma. The driver of the vehicle who's registered is AS-12-R-2115 lost his control and hit a roadside tree later fell into the ditch at the mit supply area near Tezpur in Sonitpur district.
He further added that five people were dead on the spot and their identities are not yet confirmed.
Further investigation are underway.
