Sanjay Raut Mets Farmers At Ghazipur

Sena MP Raut met the protesting farmers at the border site


Sanjay Raut the Rajya Sabha member of the Shiv Sena today reached the farmers’ protest site in Ghazipur the Delhi-UP border and he met rakesh Tikait the leader of the Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU). Raut arrived at the protest site when the security was further tightened at the areas of ongoing protest. He reached the protest site at around 1 pm and met Tikait and other protestors off stage.

Raut told to the various media present there that “The way vandalism unfolded here after January 26 and an attempt made to suppress the movement and Tikait, we fell it is our responsibility to stand by the farmers’ and extend support of whole Maharashtra, Shiv Sena and Uddhav Thackeray sahaab.”  A six member delegation team which had Sanjay Raur, Anil Desai, Arvind Sawant, Vinayak Raut, Prataprao Jadhav was sent to the farmers protest site in Ghazipur by the Shiv Sena. On arrival at the Ghazipur, Sanjy Raut said “We are here to show support. Uddhav Thackeray supports the farmers. The Maharashtra government is supporting the protest.”
