Security questioned for women...

No protection for women in Telangana...

On Tuesday the BJP general secretary, Bangaru Shruthi stated that there is no protection of women in Telangana under the KCR government. The secretary questioned the Bharat Rastriya Samiti party of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.

She also stated that they have seen the kind of attitude towards people from the backward classes, Dalits, girijains, OBC and others in this state. She further mentioned that the condition of protection of women is worst in Telangana still after 8 years.

Following the claim she added the recent incident of Suicide of 22 February when a junior doctor identified as Dr. Preethi allegedly take some injections to commit suicide because of a harassment by a senior doctor.

Meanwhile, Shruthi mentioned that we call this country as Bharat Mata and Telangana as the Telugu Thalli and take them as our ideals but in terms of safety the state is not developing. There are cases of harassment to women till they commit suicide.
