Passenger arrested for urinating at terminal 3 of IGI airport

Another case came in light after the Shankar Mishra urination case on a co-passenger in Air India flight. Jauhar Ali khan got arrested for urinating at a public place in a drunken state at departure gate no. 6 of terminal 3 at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi by the Delhi police on 8 January 2023. He also abused other passengers at the terminal.

A complaint received information by a senior police officer pm that a person urinate publicly at gate number-6 in the departure area of terminal-3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Jauhar Ali khan, a resident of Bihar was heading to Dammam, Saudi Arabia got arrested around 5:30Pm on Sunday according to the complaint lodged against him at the departure gate but got released on bail bond the same day.

A case got registered under section 294 (obscene acts and songs) and 510 (misconduct in public by a drunken person) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) after Khan got examined at Safdarjung Hospital and found that he consumed alcohol. Said by the Deputy Commissioner of Police of airport Ravi Kumar Singh.
