Six Year Old Gangraped and killed in Kanpur, UP.

Horrific incident in Kanpur with a six year old girl.

On November 15 a horrific incident took place in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh where a six year old girl child was gang raped and murdered. Her body was traced in a forested area. The police on Monday said that the girl was gang-raped, murdered and her lungs were removed by the murderers. The ASP of the area Barjesh Srivastava said “They had removed her lungs and delivered them to key conspirator Parshuram Kuril to perform black magic. Some other body parts could also have been extracted”.

On Sunday the identified killers Ankil Kuril aged 20 and Beeran aged 31 were arrested by the police and Parshuram along with his wife were arrested on Monday. The ASP said initially Parshuram tried to mislead the police but only after intensive interrogation he broke down and admitted to his crime. Parshram told the police that he was married since 1999 and did not have a child yet. He convinced his nephew Ankil and friend Beeran to kidnap the girl and get her lugs removed. The police further added that on Saturday night the little girl had gone out of her home to buy firecrackers in her village in Bhadras. Ankil and Beeran were heavily drunk and had abducted the girl and took her to the nearby jungle and raped her before they killed her.

The little girl went missing on Saturday night and the family members immediately started tracing her but could not find. The next morning the body of the girl child was found laying down by some villagers passing through the jungle and her chattels like slippers and clothes were found near a tree.

The accused have been charged under the Indian Penal Court (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).

The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath has already directed his officials to take stern actions against the accused. The case will be heard at the fast track court and the government provided a compensation amount of five lakh rupees to the girl’s family.
