Speeding BMW Crash

Four Injured in Delhi's Masjid Moth...


A speeding BMW lost control, collided with a parked car in South Delhi's Masjid Moth area on Sunday, resulting in four injuries, as reported by the police. Both vehicles were found damaged at the scene.

 

According to the police, the woman at the wheel lost control and rear-ended a parked vehicle on the roadside.

 

The police mentioned that the crash was so strong that the parked vehicle hit four people walking after dinner, injuring them severely. Luckily, there was no one inside the parked vehicle at the time.

 

The police reported that the victims, identified as Yashwant Nalwade (58), Devraj Madhukar Gargate (50), Manohar (62), and Nitin Kolhapuri, were promptly taken to the hospital for medical care. As part of the standard procedure following the incident, Medical Legal Cases (MLCs) are being prepared for all the injured individuals.

 

The woman driver, injured in the crash, has been transported to the hospital along with her family members for a medical examination.

 

The police added that an inquiry is in progress, and legal action will be taken under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
