Summer causes hair loss due to damage caused by heat, chlorine salt water, and sun exposure; hair can be brittle, dry and prone to damage after summer. However, there are natural remedies to get the shine and growth back for the hair. Nutritionist Anjali Mukherjee, who keeps sharing helpful tips related to health on her Instagram profile on a daily basis, shared an important insight on how to increase hair growth and strength with two food items.

She wrote, "Who doesn't like long, strong, luscious and shiny hair? Here are some natural ingredients that are easy to find in any kitchen, and can help to improve hair growth and strengthen hair."
