Raged against news agencies for putting him in a bad light!
Tej Pratap Yadav, son of RJD president Lalu Prasad is in a marriage dispute leading to divorce. On Tuesday, Tej Pratap threatened ‘to wash some dirty linen in public'. Tej came out in a seven-minute-long video where he raged against the news channels portraying him in the wrong light amidst the marriage dispute. He said, “I can come out with countless video clips and other evidence to prove the physical and verbal abuse suffered by me, my parents and my siblings,” .He claimed to have “maintained silence” since his appeal for divorce four years ago.
The RDJ MLA Tej Pratap had tied knots with Aishwarya Rai who is the granddaughter of late former chief minister Daroga Prasad Rai. The couple tied the knot in May 2018 and their union lasted for less than six months.
Aishwarya stayed at the house of mother-in-law Rabri Devi who is a former chief minister herself, till the disputes can be handled and her marriage can be saved. However, on a stormy winter night, she left Rabri Devis’ house and claimed in front of a posse of journalists’ that she had been driven out of the Yadav house.
Yadav claims that the ‘RSS’ and ‘the other side’ in his divorce case are conspiring against him to malign him. He said, “I too have evidences which I have not shared because these involve a young woman (ladki) which makes the matter sentimental (sic)”. He threatened to leave no punches if the smear campaign did not end. He also proceeded to warn journalists to abide by the family court restraining orders from reporting the dispute further.
