Tiger 3 hits 100 Cr

Actor's 17th film to surpass the Rs100 Cr mark..

On Monday, 'Tiger 3' marked the actor's 17th film to surpass the Rs 100 crore mark in India, having earned an estimated net collection of Rs 102.02 crore after robust performances in its first two days at the box office.

On its second day in theaters, the movie witnessed a remarkable surge of at least 30% in business. This noteworthy growth was particularly evident in the North India markets, compensating for any underperformance in areas on the first day.

The spy action thriller is set to achieve a net collection of around Rs 56-57 crores in Hindi, making it the second-highest 2nd-day collection in the original language, surpassed only by Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan'.

Simultaneously, the Tamil and Telugu versions are expected to contribute approximately 1 crore net, propelling the all-India total to an estimated 58 crores on Monday.

On the second day, 'Tiger 3' faced a slower beginning due to ongoing festive activities. However, the film saw a noteworthy surge from noon onwards, primarily fueled by substantial spot bookings. The extended holiday weekend in the country is poised to contribute further to the film's success, particularly in smaller towns and single-screen markets.

On its third day, 'Tiger 3' has accumulated an estimated net collection of Rs 59 lakh, inclusive of ticket sales from advance bookings and early morning shows. The film's three-day total now stands at an impressive Rs 102.61 crore for all languages combined
