"UP's Love, Blessings Have Made Me UP-wallah": PM Modi

BJP Wins In 4 States!

Assembly elections results were out on March 10 (Thursday). After a good victory, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won elections in four poll-bound states including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, and Goa.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also addressed a meeting on Thursday evening. He said I thank all voters for participating in this festival of democracy and ensuring BJP this victory. Further PM Modi said, "The challenges of these states are different, the path of development of all is different, but what is tying everyone in one thread is faith in BJP, BJP's policy, BJP's intention and immense faith in BJP's decisions." Additionally, he said, UP's love, blessings have made me UP-wallah.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also thanked the women committee stating, the women have played a crucial role in these elections across states. They have blessed us - we've won splendidly in areas where women voters have dominated. Our Nari Shakti has been our partner in this victory.

Many visuals and victory celebration videos went viral over social media. Visuals also showcased free distribution of sweets, vegetables, greetings with garlands and colors, and many other items. Also, the predictions went well before the results.

The victory in the northern state has come despite the state and federal government's much-criticized handling of COVID-19, lack of jobs, and anger over farm reforms that Modi cancelled last year after protests

BJP won or led in 251 of 403 seats in Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh is home to about a fifth of India's 1.35 billion people and sends the most legislators to the parliament of any state.
