US Elections 2020 count Concludes, Biden claimed 306 electoral votes, Trump receives 232, China congratulates Biden

A week after Joe Biden and Kamala Harris enjoyed full majority on their winning journey to the Presidency of the United States, the vote counting finally came to end. Biden won the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Arizona while Trump only tightened his victory over North Carolina. The public verdict was clearly in favor of Democrats and is definitely not gettingdown well with Republican rival Donald Trump, who is reluctant to concede defeat. Whole USA has been painted in Democratic blues with blue flags fluttering around every street and citizens wholeheartedly welcoming their new President.

On completion of vote counting, Trump who has been abstaining continuously from accepting this enormous defeat claimed only 232 electoral votes. He is trying to embark on a legal way to counter the election results by making controversial claims over rigged elections and fraudulent polling. After Biden solidified his bewildering victory, Trump still kept whining over something that completely rests in the hands of the public. The 44th president Barack Obama advised Trump to overcome his rigidity and accept political reality.

Trump broke his silence after a week refraining from on camera comments in the Rose Garden event held to discuss proceedings of Coronavirus vaccine. He insinuated his insecurity by saying, "Hopefully whatever happens in the future, who knows which administration it will be, time will tell." Stacking up the pile of uncertain future on time's shoulder he clearly indicated his firm assertion over his ideas of not conceding and election fraud. Amid the celebrations, several sections of society are backing up Trump's claim of rigged elections and supporting him on social media. A number of politically active groups highlighting the banners of "Stop the steal", "Million MAGA March" and "Women for America first" scheduled their rallies all over the country.

China on the other hand, congratulated President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris on their win and showered their support. "We respect the American people’s choice and extend congratulations to Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris," Chinese foreign ministry's spokesman Wang Wenbin said in a briefing on Friday.
