White House cautions Meena Harris

"Stop using Kamala Harris to build your name", White House cautions Vice President's niece Meena Harris

US Vice President Kamala Harris's niece Meena Harris has been a profound and renowned influencer with around 812K followers on Instagram handle. It has been evident that Harris's niece repeatedly highlighted or used her aunt Kamala Harris's name and fame to forward her ideas, opinions or brand. Using such a globally recognized and significant personality's face has definitely shed limelight over her brand. But this scenario might change in the approaching future.

After the inauguration on January 20 that led Kamala Harris to the Vice President's post, her officials and associates are anxious about her reputation in context of ethical aspects of the promotional paradigm being used by Meena Harris. White House legal time has alerted her not to "build her brand on the grounds of the US Vice President's name." White House official said, "It is impossible to unravel what's already done. But behaviour needs to change." A White House official even said that the book titled as her aunt's first name along with 'Phenomenal' sweatshirt printed "Vice President Aunty", are against the ethics attached to this chair, reports declared.

Even after laying out new rules by Federal lawyers to Meena Harris that she must abide by, she still flew on a private plane to inauguration with the Biden donor and shared the complete trip on Instagram. Niece Harris is a lawyer-cum-entrepreneur who has a strong support of followers on social media, where her posts are centred around a wide range of topics from personal to political accounts. It has been witnessed that she's not following the ethical code instead viewing Kamala Harris as her aunt rather than Vice President of the United States. This is dragging her in an unnecessary and undesirable spotlight.

She authored children's books including one titled 'Kamala and Maya’s Big Idea'. She is also founder of women's charitable clothing brand 'Phenomenal'. Even her latest book, 'Ambitious Girl' was launched a night before the oath taking ceremony of her aunt as first female, Indian-American, Black Vice President of the United States. This has clearly painted her intent of forwarding her creation in the cover of such historic event in an optimistic way.
