There are a few best foods and drinks you can have before bed to enhance your quality of sleep:

1. Warm milk: Warm milk contains the amino acid tryptophan, which the body converts into serotonin and melatonin, these hormones regulate sleep. This can promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.

2. Almonds: Almonds promote muscle relaxation and reduce anxiety. Eating a small handful of almonds before bed may help improve sleep quality.

3. Pumpkin seeds: A handful of pumpkin seeds also help with good sleep.
