Yogi Adityanath To Take Oath As Uttar Pradesh CM

PM Modi And Other Ministers Would Be Present During The Ceremony!


On Friday, Yogi Adityanath, Will be taking oath as Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister. For the second time, He will be leading the UP state. 



His win came after the state assembly elections. Where the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) retained power in the poll-bound state. 



As per the information, Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, chief ministers of BJP-ruled states, and senior BJP leaders are expected to attend the oath-taking ceremony.



Yogi Adityanath is the 21st Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and the first to be reelected after completing a full five-year term. The ceremony will be held at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. PM Modi and other top leaders of the BJP will be present at the event. 



According to sources, around 85 thousand people will be attending the grand ceremony in Lucknow. A grand stage has been set up and posters have been put up with slogans that read `New UP of New India (Naye Bharat ka Naya UP) `.



Addressing party workers, Yogi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mantra of 'sab ka Saath, sabka Vikas made an impact despite opposition propaganda."The people of Uttar Pradesh had this belief 'Modi hai to mumkin hai'. We have to work together again for the betterment of the state. UP is the most populated state in the country, there is a lot of work I have to do in the coming years," Yogi said.



The elections were conducted in five poll-bound states including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa, and Manipur. Where the BJP won four states and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) won in Punjab. The results were declared on March 10.



BJP won 255 seats in the recently concluded UP election, while allies Nishad Party and the Apna Dal (S) bagged 18 seats.
