The Covid led omicron cases are spreading their wings, Karnataka state reported 5 news cases of omicron.

 

According to the state health minister, Dr. Sudhakar K, on Monday informed that two cases of the new Covid variant were reported in Udupi, three were reported in Mangaluru, Dharwad, and Bhadravathi.

 

As per the Commissionerate of health and family welfare, it said, all five members have been fully vaccinated with doses of Covid-19.

 

As per the information, in Udupi, the 82-year-old man and 73-year-old woman were conducted after an 11-year-old family member was tested positive for the virus, In Dharwad, a 54-year-old woman is currently healthy and under home isolation.

 

Karnataka was among the worst-hit states which reported maximum cases of Covid-19 lead deadly cases. The cases are speeding up, with the arrival of the new year and Christmas many other states have issued a public ban to minimize the infection in the state. Also, some states have imposed restrictions to curb the spread of the virus.
