67 new Covid-19 cases, no deaths in the National Capital

According to the data shared by the city health Department, On Wednesday, No Covid-19 deaths were recorded in the National Capital. Whereas capital City reported 67 new Covid-19 infections with a positivity rate of 0.09% with zero death.

Whereas capital City reported 67 new Covid-19 infections with a positivity rate of 0.09% with zero death.  According to experts' recommendation a number below 5% for two weeks before an infection can be considered under control in a region. Whereas the statistics in the city have been below this threshold for 76 days and below 1 per cent for 66. As per the data given by the State Government it showcased that the city recorded no deaths on July 18, 24, 29 and 2nd August.

Meanwhile, the fear of a third wave is also worrying as well public transportation services such as the metro and buses in the National capital are running at full capacity.
