BJP MLA from Rajasthan passes Away Due to Covid

Kiran Maheshwari, MLA of Rajasthan dies due to Covid in the age of 59 last night Medanta hospital in Gurugram


Kiran Maheshwari the BJP M.L.A, suffered from Coronavirus during October’s municipal corporation elections and was undergoing treatment at Medanta hospital in Gurugram for the past few days, passed away on Sunday night.

Kiran Maheshwari, politician of BJP and MLA from the Rajsamand in Rajasthan,had tested positive for Coronavirus 2 months ago, she was 59. Kiran Maheshwari a three-time MLA also represented the Udaipur Constituency,for B.J.P.

Leaders like Om Birla, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Assembly Speaker CP Joshi, BJP state president Satish Poonia, paid condolence on Kiran Maheshwari's demise. 

Prime Minister, Narendra Modi had also paid tribute on the death of Kiran Maheshwari, through twitter “Pained by the untimely demise of Kiran Maheshwari Ji. Be it as MP, MLA or Cabinet Minister in the Rajasthan Government, she made numerous efforts to work towards the progress of the state and empower the poor as well as marginalised. Condolence to her family. Om Shanti.”
