Covid-19 Third Wave In Bihar

Warns CM Nitish Kumar


The alarming cases of Covid-19 led omicron cases which are rapidly speeding up in the country. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar warns that the third wave of the pandemic has already begun in the state. 

 

So far, Bihar state has not detected a single case of the COVID-led New Variant Omicron in the state.

 

The chief minister while addressing the Indian medical association (IMA) 96th National conference said, Bihar is already in the midst of a third wave of the Coronavirus pandemic.

 

The Chief Minister issued a warning while addressing. Further said, the Bihar government is fully prepared and doing everything to tackle the pandemic. He said the state's health department is busy improving facilities at the hospital as per the guidelines issued by the Central and State Governments."

 

According to the information, the state government ordered the closure of parks. The parks will be closed from December 31st to January 2. This decision comes into focus after several states are witnessing an alarming situation of Covid 19 and COVID-19 led New Variant omicron in the state.

 

According to the data given in my govt, Bihar carries 117 active cases of the Covid-19.

 

 

Several states have imposed night curfew and implemented restrictions in state to curb the infection level. Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, National capital, Karnataka, and many others have imposed a Night curfew.
