Face Masks Mandatory In Haryana Including Gurugram And 3 Other Districts

Covid-19 cases Surges In India!


Witnessing a rise in the Daily cases. Few states Including Uttar Pradesh and Haryana have mandated the wearing of Face masks in the state. 

 

The Haryana government has made masks compulsory in four NCR districts- Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonipat, and Jhajjar. As per the information, Health Minister Anil Vij announced this information.

 

According to the statement, the state health minister said, "However, as a precautionary measure in the districts which lie close to the national capital, we have made the wearing of a mask compulsory."

 

 Further said, the wearing of masks will be mandatory with immediate effect. Those not wearing a mask will be fined, "We are studying which areas in Gurugram are seeing a surge," said Vij while replying to a question.

 

The decision by the Haryana government came on the day Uttar Pradesh made it compulsory for people to wear a face mask in public places in Lucknow and six NCR districts. Six districts include Gautam Buddh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Meerut, Bulandshahr, and Baghpat.

 

On Monday, Haryana Reported 234 cases, 198 surfaced in Gurugram alone while 21 were from Faridabad.

 

Covid-19 cases are surging, with that it is again creating fear in the mind of people and daily livelihood. The covid-19 pandemic has shown a deadly environment due to which many lives have been hampered, after which recovery is still not over and India is again surging with the cases. Booster dose vaccination has also begun in some states. Also, few states are trying to inoculate it door to door and also on a free basis.
