The cases of active cases also increased on Sunday, there was a surge in the number of active cases of corona infection. The number of active cases increased by more than 50,000 on Sunday, which is a record. Now the number of active cases has crossed 7 lakhs, which was 6 lakhs just three days ago. Between last week i.e., March 29 to April 4, 5,45,325 new cases of corona have been registered. This is more than the week of September 28 to October 4 last year when 5.5 lakh new cases of Corona were registered.
The broken record so far in Maharashtra is also becoming uncontrollable like the corona infection in Maharashtra. On Sunday, all the records of corona cases have been broken in the state. In the last 24 hours, 57,074 new cases of corona have been notified in Maharashtra, which is the highest ever in any single day. A record of the highest single day case was also made in Mumbai on Sunday and 11,206 new cases were reported.
