Karnataka CM to hold a high-level meeting on Covid-19 today.This meeting will be conducted via video conferencing .


Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has called a high-level meeting on Saturday evening. The meeting is scheduled at the Chief Minister's official residence. This meeting will be conducted via video conferencing with deputy commissioners, superintendents of police, Zila panchayat CEOs, health and family welfare development officers of Dakshina Kanna, Kodagu, Udupi, Chamarajangar and Mysuru districts which share borders with Kerala.

District officers of the Chikmagalur district will also address in a video conferencing. They will also hold meetings with the authorities of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike ( BBMP) to monitor the Covid-19 situation in Bengaluru. Whereas, BBMP has given strict orders to implement its orders to seal residential areas including apartments where more than three cases are being reported. Meanwhile,  authorities have carried out a door to door campaign after Covid-19 cases were replaced from the kaveripura ward in the yelahanka zone.
