Mumbai: People with single vaccine jab may be allowed in malls, local trains after Diwali

It is for the first time since March 26 that Mumbai reported zero deaths related to Covid-19 on Sunday.

As per the statement given by state Health Minister Rajesh Tope, the Maharashtra government may allow citizens with a single dose to participate in all activities after Diwali.

Whereas according to the guidelines given by the BMC, citizens who have received both doses of Covid-19 and have completed 14 days after taking the second dose are only permitted to enter malls, theatres and commute via local trains.

The final decision will be taken by the Maharashtra government. Meanwhile, it is for the first time since March 26 that Mumbai reported zero deaths related to Covid-19 on Sunday.
