Three newborn baby's dead body was found in Bhopal
On Monday September 27, 2020, Bhopal police have found a dead body of a two days old girl, she was stabbed to death by an unknown person, her body was found in front of a temple in Bhopal.
According to the police, the newborn baby's dead body have multiple stabbed wounds, she was found wrapped in a shawl in front of a temple in Ayodhya Nagar area on Monday 27, 2020 .
Ayodhya Nagar police station in-charge Renu Murab said "the postmortem report revealed on Tuesday that the child was stabbed multiple times on the stomach and back."
The official said "a murder case has been registered against the accused but no arrest has been made so far." The Bhopal police were checking the footage of cctv camera fitted in the spot to identify the accused, who left the the newborn baby girl in front of the temple.
The police also stated that they are trying to find out about the newborn girl's birth from the nearby hospitals in Bhopal. They are trying to find out about her background, her family etc. And further investigation is underway.
According to the records, this is the third murder case of a baby in the city which has been reported in last 2 weeks.
Earlier on September 16,2020, 31 days old baby girl was murdered by her own mother, the mother put her baby in a 50 litre water filled drum.
During the interrogation, the mother said she killed her child because she didn't want a girl.
Another case was also registered after this incident in Berasia police station on September 24, 2020, a newborn baby boy's dead body was found lying in a public toilet. Police are trying to find out the accused, the investigations are on .
