Not Safe In Our Own House

A 12-year-old girl in Gujarat’s Navsari District got pregnant after being allegedly raped by her three minor cousins over a period of 5 months. The girl was recently admitted in the hospital where she was diagnosed with four months of pregnancy. 

 

As per the report, the girl was the daughter of a farm labourer. She was firstly raped by her cousins when she was alone at her house and later they blackmailed her not to disclose the matter to the family. All the accused, are below 18 years. After a few days, she was taken to the hospital when she had complained about her stomach ache to her mother. After the examination, or has confirmed her parents that she’s four months pregnant and shifts to another hospital on Wednesday night when the condition got more critical. 

 

On Thursday after the police reached the hospital and took the statement of the girl and her parents. Police said that the boys have some pictures of her in there phone and they blackmailed her to meet them alone if she wants those pictures to be deleted. When she met them they took her to the scheme place on their motorbikes. 

 

The girl’s mother came to know about the photo from their relatives and asked the girl who revealed about the ordeal. Although the complaint has been lodged and charges have been pressed.

The police have arrested all the accused as confirmed by an officer, “we arrested the accused today after getting his covid19 test. We have done all the examination of for and the accused”.
