According to the superintendent of police Dr. Fakkirappa Caginelli that there was a great joy in distributing the lost phones to the owners of the phone in 15 states and 18 districts of their state. He further informed that they had introduced WhatsApp number ‘9440796812’ and services on 17 March to the people who lost their phone so that they didn’t need to go to the police station to file complaints.

As per the information, the chatbot service is convenient for the people and helped the police find the lost phones within a short period of time which are approximately 5077 devices and nearly 700 devices handed over and the district police have already distributed the rest.
