PM Modi to Inaugurate Projects in Dehradun on December 4

PM Narendra Modi will introduce development projects worth 30,000 crore in Dehradun


Dehradun: On December 4, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a rally in Dehradun as well as lay the foundation stones of development projects worth ? 30,000 crore.

It will be PM Modi's third visit to Uttarakhand in the last three months.


Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also visited the rally venue, Parade Ground, on Monday to assess the preparations and said the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of projects worth ? 26,000 crore and inaugurate projects worth ? 4,000 crore.


He said party workers are extremely enthusiastic about the Prime Minister's proposed visit, meetings are being held at the district and ward levels to check the preparations for the rally.


He further said, BJP national president JP Nadda had also observed the preparations for the rally a couple of days back.


Before this, PM Modi came to Rishikesh on October 4 to inaugurate an oxygen plant at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences and visited Kedarnath on November 5 to unveil the statue of Adi Guru Shankaracharya.


Assembly polls in Uttarakhand are due early next year.
