PM Modi to inaugurate super-specialty hospital in Gujarat's Bhuj

Inauguration to take Place Today via Video conferencing!


On Friday (April 15) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the KK Patel Super Specialty hospital at Gujarat's Bhuj. As per the information, the inauguration will take place via video conferencing.

 

According to the statement given by the PMO office it said, the 200-bed hospital has been built by Shree Leva Patel Samaj. According to the Prime Minister's statement, it is the first charitable super-specialty hospital in Kutch.

 

Further said, the hospital makes medical super specialty services easily accessible for the people of the region, at an affordable price.

 

The information stated that the hospital will provide services like interventional cardiology (cath lab), cardiothoracic surgery, radiation oncology, medical oncology, surgical oncology, nephrology, urology, nuclear medicine, neurosurgery, joint replacement, and other supportive services like laboratory and radiology.

 

The hospital was built by Shree Kutchi Leva Patel Samaj, Bhuj. "This is the first charitable super specialty hospital in Kutch.

 

India has seen a scarcity of hospitals and medical facilities, whereas this is the basic requirement for people residing in this country. During the deadly hit of Covid-19, the most unfulfilled requirement was the lack of medical and hospital facilities.

 

Whereas many other hospitals have been built after the pandemic, many are being modified and also few are yet to come.
