On PM Narendra Modi's birthday, ministers wished him on Twitter.
Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi turned 71. Apart from Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, many ministers showered their wishes and blessings on him on the special day.
Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter and posted a one-line greeting. "Happy Birthday, Modi ji," wrote the Congress leader. Simultaneously, Chief Minister of the national capital, Arvind Kejriwal also wished him in a tweet. "Birthday greetings to PM Shri Narendra Modi. I pray for your long and healthy life," he tweeted . Both ministers of AAP and Congress wished him on Twitter with the trending hashtag #HappyBdayModiji.
The BJP leaders have organized mega three-week birthday celebrations for PM Modi, including "thank you" postcards from citizens, ceremonies, cleanliness and environmental campaigns and vaccination drives. The celebrations will continue till October 7, which marks the beginning of PM Modi's journey from 2001 when he became the Chief Minister of Gujarat. PM Modi has been in public office for 20 years.
