Rahul Gandhi's white paper on Covid management to help, prepare for third wave of Covid-19, not to criticize the Government

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday released a white paper on Covid-19  Management in which he called 100 per cent vaccine of Indian Citizens will be an important pillar to fight against Covid-19. According to the statement, the Congress leader said that "The aim of this white paper on Covid-19 is not finger-pointing at the Government but to help the Nation prepare for the third wave of infection. The whole country knows that a third wave will strike."

While addressing a Press Conference, the leader said that, "The whole Country knows the third wave of Covid-19 is coming. We urge the Government to prepare for it. Adding that he slammed the Centre and said that, "90% of the people who have died could have been saved. The biggest reason for this was the lack of oxygen. where there is no shortage of oxygen in the Country. The PM's tears did not save the lives of people but oxygen could have." He stated that the Government must treat all states equally for Covid-19 vaccination while cautioning that they should not be viewed as BJP or opposition states.
