Night Curfew in 13 Districts of Rajasthan Ordered


The Government of Rajasthan has imposed a night curfew in 13 districts' containment zone from 8pm to 6 am, for the rest of the year.  Business, Education and other sources of money in daily routine will not suffer ensured the government. 

Rajasthan government has imposed a night curfew in 13 district of Rajasthan including Kota, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Udaipur, Ajmer, Alwar, Bhilwara, Nagore, Pali, Tonk, Sikar and Ganganagar from 8 pm till 6 am and increased the period of lockdown from 1 to 31 December due to increase in positive cases during the pandemic. Schools and colleges will remain closed till December 31.

The Rajasthan government states that, "All markets, workplaces and commercial complexes will be closed by 7 pm so that the staff and others reach back home by 8 pm, unless special permission is obtained from the officer authorized by the District Collector in this regard.” Moreover, the state government order will not be applicable, except- factories with production of continuous nature, factories having night shift or over time, IT companies, medical shops, wedding, and transport terminals.

Night shift trucks and other vehicles with a purpose of delivering goods and employed for loading and unloading goods will also not be affected by the night curfew which has been ordered by the Government. Rajasthan recorded 18 fatalities due to covid and 2,518 fresh cases on Sunday, moreover the cases are increasing by the total number of death and positive cases to 2,292 and 2, 65,386, a health bulletin reported.
