Mumbai Indians enjoyed a 5 wicket win over Delhi Capitals this Tuesday, winning the IPL trophy and setting a record of back to back titles. Five times champions, Mumbai Indian took to twitter posting a video of Skipper Rohit Sharma addressing the team mates and their families for their immense and indispensable contribution to this game. This not only instilled the idols of teamwork and optimism among the players but inspired young aspirants towards achieving their goals with determination.

The post included a video from the dressing room of the players where Rohit Sharma was lauding the efforts of players, captioned as "From the #MI dressing room: @ImRo45 talks to the boys after our fifth @IPL triumph. #OneFamily #MumbaiIndians #MIChampion5 #Believe" He referred to the team as one family in his addressal, striving hard to achieve a common goal of victory for themselves.

The Captain brought out the struggle and hardships faced during the pandemic in order to sustain the game and work on their flaws while preparing for the matches. He extended his warmest gratitude to all the players who got a chance to play or even if they didn't, the medical staff, and fans. He instituted the belief that no matter what if one gets a chance to be a part of a squad on field or not, it is everyone's energy and motivation that carves the way out of  the hardships and challenges encountered midway.

He also thanked all the families for their unconditional support and sacrifice to create a friendly zone for the players where they can give their 100% to the game without any anguish or anxiety driving their minds. He said, "All the families have been great and we had a great time bonding together. This is what family is for and we are one family." The captain played incredible in the finals, smashing 68 runs off 51 balls. The team gave some real cricket goals to cricket fans.
