Covid-19 cases are declining in the country. Meanwhile cases of delta plus variant are creating chaos among the people and preparations for the third wave of Covid are going across the country. whereas the Uttarakhand High Court reprimanded the State Government for the manner in which it was preparing to deal with the third wave of covid-19 and asked it to gear up for the Delta plus Variant.

According to the statement a division branch comprising chief justice R S Chauhan and Justice Alok Kumar Verma hearing a PIL related to the Uttarakhand Government handling of covid-19, reprimanding health secretary Amit Negi and said that," you cannot leave the children to die, your arrangements are insufficient. " According to the statement, the court said that "The Delta variant was spread across the country in a month, The Delta plus variant will not take in 3 months. what are you doing to save our children you must be thinking that Delta plus variant will say let the government prepare for then it will attack." adding that it said,'' stop fooling us and we know the reality. Don't tell the chief justice that there is Ram Raj in Uttarakhand and that we live in heaven." Said the High court. The court also added that you have enough ambulances. The claim is false, you  talk about enough ambulances and state that while there are frequent reports that pregnant women in heels do not get ambulances they have to be taken by palanquins."
