Uttarakhand extends Covid-19 curfew, with some relaxation.

The Uttarakhand Government extended the Covid-19 curfew for one more week in the state and it will take place till the 22nd of June.


According to the statement given by State Minister, Subodh Uniyal it said ,"Covid curfew has been extended from June 15 to June 22. Old SOPs to be followed with some changes. People from Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Uttarkashi are now allowed to visit Badrinath, Kedarnath and Gangotri -Yamunotri, respectively with a negative RT -PCR report."

People will be allowed to go to vaccination centres to get jabs if they have documents to prove their purpose. Not more than 20 people can attend funerals, for weddings 20 people with RT-PCR negative report mandatory not older than 72 hours and bars, educational institutions, gyms, cinema halls, stadiums and restaurants to remain closed.

Covid-19 cases are declining in the country where vaccination drives are going on. Meanwhile, some states are under an unlock process with some relaxations.
