West Bengal to launch house to house Covid vaccination campaign

Many more states are also running with Covid Vaccination drive


 The West Bengal government has decided to launch a house to house vaccination campaign to inoculate the people of the state with doses of Covid-19 vaccination.

As per the statement given by the health department,  it said this can be done by forming a team of frontline workers who can reach all the families of an area, register all such beneficiaries, create awareness and encourage people to get their dose of vaccine. adding more the order said, "This strategy can also be used for mobilising the due beneficiaries of the second dose. "


West Bengal has witnessed a harsh hit of the Covid-19 deadly virus in the state. The state also witnessed an incessant rise during the festive season of Durga puja. India has crossed its vaccination mark, Also, the door to door vaccination campaign begins in the West Bengal state.


On Monday, the city witnessed 148 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours. Around 12 patients lost their lives due to this deadly virus and 19,252 are the death toll.


According to official data, 6, 54, 830 doses of Covid-19 vaccine have been administered with one dose of Covid-19 vaccine to 8,24,84,274.
